Hi,

How the heck do you kill the final boss when he is in his final stage?

Any tips?

I must have tried like 10 times and i'm not getting very far, I found the game really easy up to this point...

Off the top of my head, don't you have to block counter the orange and blue things he shoots at you, then he falls to the ground briefly then you beat him down? Can;t remember exactly as you fight him 3 seperate times on the last bit, but the basic tactic is the same for all 3 battles, he just gets faster at throwing projectiles at you.

p.s. I beat him 1st attempt on normal difficulty, you must suck :D
 
Thanks mate, its the final bit i'm struggling with (where he fires ravens at you) I'm too slow at countering his red and blue ranged attacks and I think thats where i'm failing... told you I was getting too old!

I think you should stick to your Eye of Judgement/Top Trump games that require slower reflexes.

Did anyone else find this game boring? Played through the first few chapters but am really not that impressed. Was actually thinking of trading it in! :o

I'm the opposite really, I honestly thought i'd find it to be over-hyped and boring.

Infact it ended up being one of the best games I've ever played (once i'd finally completed it [with a bit of help from my nephew :D])

The graphics are brilliant, the gameplay was fantastic (I really enjoyed the shooting parts that most people seemed to dislike), The story was great too, but what impressed me most was the sound, absolutely flawless sound.

I have to say I really really enjoyed it, it was a little short, but thats fine for me as I hate games that drag on and on. I also found it to be a little bit easy (except for the end boss)

Really enjoyed it though and i'd eurge anyone with a PS3 to at least rent it and give it a try.
 
excellent game. Completed it not so long ago.

The final boss stage i thought was a lot easier than the previous stages of him lol.

Anyway heres how i did it.

Dodge his raven attacks when he flies up high.
If he laughs that means hes gonna launch himself at you so prepare to dodge that.

If he fires orange or blue lightning stuff press TRIANGLE to deflect it back at him. Press triangle just a tiny bit before it hits you i ithink. For orange lightning press R1 + TRIANGLE and time it the same way.

I used speed attacks + power attacks because speed attacks on their own dont do much damage to him at all.

At certain points when youve damaged him enough he should become stunned and you can run up to him and press CIRCLE for a superstyle attack.

At the end when his health is critical you can only begin the kill sequence by pressing CIRCLE and whatever follows that (i think its SQUARE then TRIANGLE) in the cutscene thing.

but great game :) Im playing it on hell mode atm.

same here :D I'd always fire in multiple arrows into their heads as well heh. I liked the different ways they would die depending on where you hit them.
