OEM Vista, update CPU, is it OK?

I’ve got an OEM version of Vista 64, can I change the CPU and still use Vista, or will that break the OEM agreement? I think I’m OK unless I change the motherboard but I’m not sure?

You'll have to re-validate for the hardware change, but with the mobo unchanged you'll be fine.

Perhaps you need a telephone re-activation, but that's always possible even when changing MB, i re-activated already 4 times

I changed my CPU on OEM vista 32 Business yesterday and did not need to reactivate.
