Pause for about 20 secs, then resume it, you should see some data come down, then it will be paused again, and rinse repeat. That's what mine is doing although that's a lot of pause.restarts before we hit 1609mb!!

I'm at 92% (1482mb) but it ain't moving now (even after stop/starting). Seem to get bursts of 30-50mb and then a pause.
Was gonna see it through, but I am tired...gonna give it maybe 20 more mins then call it a night

Just finished download and played a few min or so. No idea what to do or where to go, but the Graphics are MIND BLOWINGLY clear and crisp. And there is so much stuff happening in the background. I have run around and lot and panned camera to make sure there is no tearing or slowdown and I can't see any.
Plays a bit like a fully 3d openish environment Crash Bandicoot to me.
Too tired now so more of this tomorrow I guess.

Played about 10 minutes of it, the game was a definate purchase for me and it most certainly still is.
It really is amazingly beautiful, I'm actually a little surprised that it does look as good as the original videos that were up on PSN suggested it would.
Weapons are awesome, I ran out of the Groovitron's in no time. Nice use of the Sixaxis as well.
Haven't finished the demo fully yet, will give it a full run through tomorrow.

Just finished the demo, i love it, knew i would though, Its very Ratchet and clank! It looks gorgeous, never noticed a frame rate drop, jaggies or screen tearing, unless my eyes need sorting again. The Sixaxis works very well and it feels responsive, unlike certain games. Ok off to play again time to turn some robots into dancing penguins again

Going purely off the visuals this is the first game since Gears that has truly impressed me. Gameplay is superb as well, although my experience with previous Ratchet games is brief so I couldn't say how fresh it would feel to a veteran of the series.
It's out in November so that will mean it's only taken 8 months for a PS3 game to arrive that I consider worth buying.
