How do you wake up in the morning instantly and jump out of bed?
And allso a bigger question for people who exercise in the early morning, how do you get up so early and go for a jog etc?
if i didnt have an alarm for 10am, id never wake up lol.
i woke up at 5am last sunday as i had a endurance motocross race that day and i did allright in the race for my first ever race in the adults class (im 16 next month, should have been 16 to enter really

im wanting to get up every morning and jog around the vallie, but how do you get up so early? what motivates you? or do you just drink some sort of super red-bull to wake up?
