Check my new workout please.

whats a back curl?
squats and leg press? - do one or the other, squats preferably. you arent squatting anywhere near enough if you can then go and do 3 sets of presses!
also, why are you potentially doing 50 working squats? 5x5/6 i could understand, but 5x10!

deadlifts?

you upright row around 80kg but only military press 34kg? (the row is impressive in itself!)

Basically a seat with a bar behind it, you push the bar down by leaning back.

and you do that with 120+kg?
the machines that i have seen which are similar have nowhere near that amount of weight in the stack, dont think i would ever see a freeweight version as tbh, deadlifts are better!

Our machine goes up to 320lbs I believe. Could have a lot to do with the fact that its made for Athletes, as I know a lot of the stuff in our Athletic training facility has much bigger stacks then that found in the student fitness center.

As much as I'd love to do deadlifts I cant as it would mean waiting about an hour. For some bazaar reason we have only one dead lift stage which is always in use.

Other then that, does it look good as a core routine? It was recommended to me by some of the other players but I just wanted to get a few other opinions.

why do you need a 'deadlift stage' to do deadlifts? is it the only matted area?
