Best web site to find details is the Heavens Above one. Easy to find on Google and it gives you dates, times, everything you need, apart from how to part the clouds to be able to see it.

I understand that there is to be another shuttle launch later this month, so could someone tell me if the ISS orbit is lowered in order to dock with it? I know that the orbit alters naturally due to mavity and has to be constantly boosted, (courtesy of this month's National Geographic's article on space exploration) in order to maintain height, but does it alter when the shuttle is around?
