I just love the way Clarkson's boat was just the car with a engine bolted on while the other two were more elaborate and "smart" ideas. Fantastic.

It must be so much fun being a presenter on Top Gear....

Good episode but am I alone in thinking the Jason Plato stuff was a bit "off"?

The guy's been fairly seriously burned, a bit of sincerity wouldn't have gone amiss.

Brilliant episode, not sure how they going to beat it. I'm sure they'll have something.. Star in the car is good some weeks. It all depends who's the star. This week it was totally boring.

Fiat Panda, iirc. Clarkson also has a Merc SLK55 AMG, Volvo XC90, Toyota Landcruiser, Ford Focus & ex-military Land Rover. Unless he's sold any of them.

Last I knew, Hammond had a Morgan and May had a Boxster.

BTW, wasn't all the pipe smoking actually illegal?

All substances as far as I know and, although not a public place, it's a place of work and certainly qualifies under the ban. Sure some do-gooder will complain to the BBC about it but maybe that's what they're after for the publicity.
