Sounds about the usual patter from these larger companies, i.e. Virgin, Sky, AOL, BT, etc. There are some really good ISP's out there, for me, IDNet is brilliant! Can't fault the helpfullness of their staff and the packages/prices on offer. 1 month contracts as well! And when they say they'll call you back, they actually do!!

ah the good old days of when I had problems with AOL, no1 knowing what they were doing, if u want a bit more common sence try phoning after 4ish then chances r u'll b put either over to Ireland or the states, they generally have more tech no-how then their Indian counterparts

Sounds about the usual patter from these larger companies, i.e. Virgin, Sky, AOL, BT, etc.

BT are actually quite good just remember as soon as our Indian chum answers the phone ask to be put through to the UK support desk which they will do no questions asked, then you can talk to someone who does not just read to you off a sheet in poor English.
