Clio 1.5 dci remap?

Hi, a few quick questions regarding remaps or w/e is best:

At the moment I have a 1.2 clio dynamique, which I have been very happy with, however I'm doing more motorway mileage now and need something more frugal and a bigger engine.

Looked at the likes of Focus 1.8TDCi etc, and all not too my fancy or have something or other that puts me off.

Ideally I'd like to pick up a 1.5dci 100bhp dynamique (AC), cheap to insure and better performace + mpg.

However these are very hard to come by and are significantly more than their 1.5dci 65bhp variants.

What I want to know is, can you remap/chip these to get more from them 80/100?

Also, where to get/do this from and are they easy to remove for when car needs service etc...

If you are going to change, I would go for something a bit bigger like the Focus you mentioned. According to Blufin, you could add another 30BHP to the Focus (pinch of salt needed!), so it will go from 100 to 115-120 ish realistically.

I've looked at the Focus', don't like the interior at all (yes I know, bit of woman excuse) Also the Focus tdci at stock is fast enough for me.

Just a 1.5dci 65 isn't fast enough for me, whereas the 80/100 version is.

So any links to remapping them would be greatly appreciated.

Hi mate im sure sure if im allowed to post but your best going on www.tdciforum.co.uk lads on their will tell you everything you need to know. The bloke who mapped my focus told me he had done a few DCI's and they were fine but had bad diesel knock at first.

You can spot a re-mapped diesel a mile off. The plumes of black smoke when you boot it is the give-away.
