The other day I started having trouble with my usb devices. I re-installed windows to no avail so I decided to just ignore the messages. I have now noticed that when I plug anything into my usb ports, on the dbracket or anywhere in the computer Windows doesn't recognise that I've plugged anything in.

The only time it ever works is if I plug something in restart and it happens to install successfully. Windows is also telling me that a 'USB Device is not recognized'. It's sitting in the taskbar as we speak and doesn't go away, funny thing is nothing is actually plugged into to my USB ports, none of them! Has my USB just died?

Also: There is one port on my motherboard, if I plug anything into it Windows freezes with a pop in the corner saying "A USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port". This happens, without fail 100% all the time.
