PlusNet Pro 8mb or Be* 24mb for a Gamer?

just really looking at getting rid of BT! and as i mainly use the inet for gaming and downloading i need a fast reliable service that's going to give me low ingame pings (mainly cs1.6 or csp when it arrives).

which would you guys recommend?

If you can get be* go for it but under no circumstance go to plus net!

, i'm currently with BTyahoo and get a ping of around 7-14 on uk servers in cs1.6! could expect to carry these pings over to my 24meg connection with Be?

can you post ypur full router stats so we may give you an indication of the speed you should attain with be*

you should be able to get anywhere between 16 - 18mbs

When you're connected to Be* also ask them to put your account onto FastPath (no interleaving) this will help you lower your ping as they interleave their connections by default and it can add about 10Ms latency or so I found with my line.
