Half Life 2: Orange Box

Yup.

Just seems odd that it would be washed out like that when its not an issue you would associate with a hardware inadequacy, unlike framerate dips which would make more sense.
We shall have to wait and see I guess.

To be honest the graphics in TF2 seemed lackluster and last-gen to me. Especially when you compare it to the preview videos Valve released. Everything looks too square and static.

And the gameplay is another thing entirely, within a few months TF2 will have little replay value. The maps are too small and the game modes are too restrictive.

That said if Orange Box is worth buying for one game it's definitely Portal. You'll be pleasantly surprised with its appeal. : )

Really regretting ordering this online now.

Was posted on 17th, still not received. :(

My own fault for not taking into account the current problems with the mail tbh.

Been playing it most of the day, best game I've bought on the 360 so far. Haven't play HL2 since it was released all those years ago, Portal is incredible, haven't touch EP1 or EP2 yet as I'm playing through HL2 from the beginning.

Can't fault the graphics, sound, presentation, gameplay, it's everything I expected and more.

5 games for, at the MOST, £49.99 is a tenner a game which in my mind is an absolute bargain.

Gonna try some TF2 online now as I've only played it offline to see what it was like and was again, mostly impressed.

Valve, you've proved again you're at the top.

Finished the 19 levels of portal and then went into TF2, it's amazing fun :) I haven't touched HL2 yet.

i traded in halo3 (boring game) for this today so got it for £10.

i havent played HL2 since i completed it on the PC years ago, had a quick go of it, looks good :)

will have a go of the others when i get in from work in the morning...

If anyone's playing with TF2, chuck us an invite, it'll be nice to get to grips with it with beginners rather than those who have, ahem, had it a while.
