Agree. Benitez knew we needed cover at CB but we didn't do anything about it. It was probably a case of we'll get some one if we can when it should've been we'll get someone at any cost.

I can't see us getting much out of the game against Arsenal so IF we lose this game we can all but kiss our Premiership chances goodbye and it's not even November :mad:

Crap first half for us. We are playing too narrow and it's hard to find space, this doesn't help when our player movement is appalling. Hoping for the player with the ball to perform miracles and not giving him options.

Getting another CB should have been a priority. I dont think he had a plan B regarding Heinze and Agger's injury has really highlighted this cockup

If we play like this against Arsenal they will tear us another one

When has it ever been any different? Our attacks lack pace, drive and direction and we always let our opposition get back and in to position. After the first ten minutes (when we had the upper hand) Everton worked us out and since then we've been awful

Yep. We work far too slowly in the transfer market and it's cost us yet again.

Lucas looks a decent player what I've seen of him. Not sure good enough to replace Gerrard in such a game though.

I'm getting extremely frustrated with Benitez refusing to take Sissoko off when ever he plays. Benitez turning a blind eye to the form of the players he's bought maybe?
