well some trailers show it running at 1920x1200 and it looks very smooth so thats your theory out the window

Its not about the difficulty really, its about the fact that under the snazzy graphics it is a very very simplistic shooter. After playing FPS with multiple endings, RPG elements, weapon customisation, bullet time, destructible environments, real time physics, commandable teammates etc etc then it will seem very basic.
It's really the archetypal console shooter, which is not a bad thing by any means, but PC gamers who are used to a more sophisticated experience may well be left cold by it I reckon.
Its no more basic than something like Call of Duty 4. Plus apart from the improved gfx and extra content over the 360 version etc, it will ship with the latest unreal editor for mod makers.

I'd say the majority of 360 gamers don't own a decent PC, so I'd say yes in general the average PC gamer is better all round than your average 360 gamer... at PC games! That is not the issue though
The issue here is that a game like GoW is vastly easier to play with a keyboard and mouse than it is a controller. This is why the devs have said they are making the game harder for the PC. This will not mean it is harder to play, it will just mean it is the same standard difficulty as the 360. Without the bump in difficulty it would be pointless

hey im not knocking the game i really enjoyed it as i said but it took me 2 days to finish im a very non commited gamer an hour here an hour there
sure they say theve added on 5 new chapters probably cos they have the same concusions as myself.
i just think the average pc gamer will have this finished in a few hours unless they have done something really drastic i know i would.
if this was a kids toy it would be made by fisher price for 1-2 year olds. its fun but simple

Co-op eh, hmm interesting, you up for some co-op snowdog when its out?
Tho if luck has it the feature will be dropped like it was with stalker which i really wanted to do.

Apparently when your using the kb/mouse controls the weapon recoil is greatly increased, and 'players who take damage while attempting to snipe will now have their aim affected'.
I wouldnt bet on it. There was no demo for the 360 version iirc.

The month of November is a great month.
I know these games will run well purely based on how nice UT3 runs at a constant 60fps
and cod4, is assassin's creed still due for november or did i hear it was put back?
