Of course it's OK! Ours used to chow down on lightly steamed trout all the time, amongst other things like prawns, tuna and sardines. Not just seafood either, beef, pork, chicken, duck and whatever else was put in front of him.
I know it is bad to feed cats a lot of tuna, but I can't remember why. It's ok in moderation, and if you're going to give it to them, make sure it's tuna in water. I believe it's also addictive, so if you constantly feed a cat tuna, it may stop eating normal food.
