Uh... using an internet connection perhaps? With a computer? 
..think you might want to make what you're looking for a bit clearer there. I'm gonna assume you mean legit download services. In which case, while I'm not a big fan of either apple or itunes, I think itunes is still the best option.

He's right though. Quicker, easier, and better bitrates. The legal music download sites need to sort their **** out if they want to have any chance to compete.
