He just sent me a text saying... just guess what I just bought of ebay?

Only a real I am WW1 German iron cross, complete with box and papers... I mean wtf?

Whats he gonna do with that? wear it around the house?

Oh well I know he likes stuff like that, but he told me the other day he only had £40 to last him the month... anyone else got mad brothers?

I too have a fascination with WW1 but wouldnt buy anything like that. I just waste money on guitars, lol.

If he's into medals and war memorabilia then good on him, that's a nice investment! Although I doubt he only had £40 left to last him the month if he's just just bought a real WWI Iron Cross.

Just as an aside, why is everyone going on about Nazi's and "trying on uniforms"? It's a WWI Iron Cross and as such it has about as much to do with the Nazi party as the Pope does with beastiality!

The Iron Cross isn't to do with nazism, it's a medal from the German army, not the gestapo/SS

I personally have no problem with WW1 however i have "Slight" problems with people who are obsessed with Nazi's. Also being in a Gaming clan with Germans helps a lot (especially when someone mentions Nazi's)

I forgot you aren't really a sports person, Parma are an Italian football team that Gianluigi Buffon used to play for. He picked his shirt number as 88 and the reasoning behind it is rather disputed but it has been suggested that it has a lot to do with fascist leanings.
