that should be fine for gaming, asuming he has a alright gfx card, and he is probly planning on oc'in that cpu a bit .

mb makes like no difference if he isn't oc'ing much, and the cpu is not as important as the gpu, espesh if he is oc'ing that thing.

hes made 3 posts, and you got that?

well even so, he isnt going to be able to run many games with that, the CPU barely reaches the minimum requirement of BF2, if at all... most games like that are CPU intencive. if i got that machine, it would be solely for internet and office 2003...

tbh i hardley notice the difference between my cpu @ stock speeds and @ 3Ghz so im sure the system will play anything reasonably well :rolleyes:
