Anyone got an Xbox1 with XMBC and Vista?

And managed to get file sharing to work so the xbox can see the files on the pc?

I had this with XP and linux. There was nothing tricky about it - set up a share, grant permissions, and then connect with XBMC?

Worked fine for me with XP, but not with vista

I could'nt get it work at all with Vista and one of about 5 reasons why I uninstalled it.

Lol. I hear things like this all the time. But never anything good about Vista, like "this gadget that worked terribly with XP now works better than ever under Vista!"

Everything seems to suck about Vista - are there any good points?
