the P35 Chipset is PCI-E 1.1 and PCI-E 2.0 cards are backwards compatible with PCI-E 1.1.

I still might be swayed by the oc EVGA for an extra £20-£30. It might have a better cooler on it and the step-up program may actually pay off with GTS/GTX later or even a 9800?

Yes. You have to send it to Germany I think but it is available to uk customers.

People have said on here from previous "hard" releases that 1pm is the time normally.

But i'm not taking any notice of that. ocuk will be on my screen from the morning and i'll keep pressing F5

I just hope that come release I'll be ordered in time so that they'll get it sent to me by tuesday, surely because of the huge volume of orders for this card on monday if it does go on sale on monday this wont mean a possible couple day delay on the order right? I'd hate to have to ring in sick for college just to make sure my card arrives

oh and so the g33 bear lake chipset will be pcie 1.1 as i have a gigabyte ga-g33m-s2 mobo wich is as i know part of the p35 express chipset?

and if oc's are scalable, and my 650/1650/900 is transferable (hoefully) to a gt then a good oc should see gtx performance?

Looks like a good overclock on a GT will see overclocked GTX performance almost in Crysis

.

I have to say the more bencys I see of this card coming close to the GT the more worried I'm getting :\.

I ain't got it on yet, call me crazy but i want to see official pricing and a few more benches but if them benches are for real, its got to be the card to own.

Some places will deffenitly have it for around the £134 price range.

You've only got 1 day, once GT's are released it wont even be worth £100 :\.
