Hi all I currently have a P4 3.2 but I my bro in-law is upgrading his PC and he said I can have is DFI NF4 Ultra & AMD 3800+ 64bit (single core I think) for £30 so I am going to change over, but I was wondering if you guys could tell me what the best cooler would be for this and also what overclock speeds I could get up to with the help of some of your guys expertise.

Also I am running XP x32 so should I change to Vista x64 of XP x64 am looking to get a DX10 card to go with this.

you dont have to, it only has the ability to perform 64bit, there is no requirement that it must.
so you can stick to 32bit XP if your short on cash.you should have 2GB of ram before you go to vista imo.

as for cooler, a cheap and cheerful arctic freeezer pro would do fine. not sure on how far you could push it though and im a newbie overclocker myself :)

a cheap and cheerful arctic freeezer pro, I thought you needed the top of the range cooler to OC your CPU to its max potential ?
