Looks like Ferrari are planning a car to give the veyron a challenge.

The FXX Evoluzione 860bhp screaming along at 9500rpm

Its bloody ungly from the back. Front is nice though.

Expected to reach 60mph under 3 secs. Would like to see if that is true.

Dont like the idea of 9 traction control settings. That must be a pain selecting the correct one for driving or just turn them off.

I wonder if you can do a trick that Clarkson did in the 599GTB?

no they havent, they've just built a really fast enzo that can only be used on track from the article.

It doesnt beat the Veyron in speed, 0-60, horsepower etc. Its not as comfortable, its more than likely no where near the same build quality.
All they have done is make a new marquee car. Thats it. Its got nothing on the veyron and shouldnt be viewed as a competitor. All in my opinion of course.

Agreed, it's not even a production car really, it's a customer funded development program.

given that its an fxx, its only going to be track.
0-60 is yet to be confirmed, but will be under 3 secs, veyron is 2.5-2.8?

Everything I have read about this car suggests its a hell of a lot more than just a normal Enzo. Has any one heard one? They sound unbelievable. This updated version must be insane.

Basically its a track version of the Enzo. The Evoluzione part is yet another moddification to the Enzo FXX.

Whether we see one of these actually for real is another question though.

I do believe that Michael Schumacher has the only black FXX ever made.

The title is very misleading as this car is in no way designed to rival the Veyron, it's not even a road car. Take a look on YouTube, this thing is completely insane!

The FXX has too much downforce to make it compete against the bugatti as its a track car.

I think your right, I swear I saw a video of him pulling up in it. There was a good article on the FXX a little while ago, I think it was in Evo. They really are pretty damn special.
