How odd, something from the US got here in 6 days, something from down South hasn't got here after a month.

I'm waiting for something from Berkshire (I'm in Bournemouth), and have been waiting since the beginning of the month...sent by 1st class parcel, I phoned the local RM depot and they said it could be anywhere in the country, London, Berkshire, Bournemouth, as they have no clue where post goes...awesome.

still waiting.....and things aren't back to normal despite what they say -
parcel sent 1st class on Monday morning, still hasn't arrived on Saturday.
Oh wait...hang on, maybe that is what they mean by 'back to normal'.

unfortunately as has been said, it seems that the stuff accumulated during the strike is basically sat there waiting to be sorted still. Post has started moving again, albeit slowly, but nothing that I was waiting for from that strike period has arrived, everything that has arrived was sent after that.
It's beyond a joke now to be quite honest, I ordered stuff to take to NY with me (I go on the 8th) over a month ago and I'll be well surprised if it's here before I go. I won't need it if it isn't, but I'll not be able to send it back
