Well technically if they've committed criminal damage you can get your citizens arrest on, as long as you call the police immediately and don't use unreasonable force on them.

Yes, hugely lately, it also seems to not just be new members, but long standing ones too that are spelling badly and using incorrect grammar a lot.

Not nice to hear about the window. I just hope that I don't get the little 'darlings' coming to my house and damaging it or my car...although as far as I know, my street doesn't have little 'darlings' on it, only adults.
