For me its quite simply because I hate the complete lack of morals and common sense surrounding this commercialised American pseudo-holiday*. I think its a disgrace, and it gets me rather riled to see cheeky ******* 15-17 year olds cashing in on "trick or treating" by knocking on your door and asking for money, cheeky sods. Even if you do give in and give them something, you have to then pray it was enough for them to leave your car alone

I'll be happy when its over

*Holiday used in the loosest possible sense of the word.
