Not only do ITV4 put an adbreak in the middle of the climactic "Heres Johnny" part of 'The Shining' tonight. But then it is an entire adbreak of back to back Text/Flirt Girls adverts. 3+ minutes of the same adverts over and over!

LOL. My sentiments exactly. They truly are a waste of money. What really irks me is that they run these ads back to back, meaning you get a solid 3 minute hit of "txt this girl, she is waiting for you", etc. These ads are nuisance.

Obviously though, the companies who pay money to ITV2,3&4 think its worth their while, hence, there must be some poor souls who phone/txt these numbers.

My mate texted once, just to see how it happened, was something like:

Mate: Stephen
Txt-Girl: Hey Stephen, how are you feeling? You up for some frisky action?

It was sad. I can't remember what the conversation was, it was a few years back as a laugh, but his was much more hilarious than what I typed. He's funny .

I hate it when there are adverts in films, really annoys me. They always stick them in in the worst places as well. It was worse when they used to break for the news though.
