4th revision of official Wii strap

well, I bought wii play last week from gamestation and the darn strap catch is so loose that it drops completely down after one swing of a tennis racket or one punch (yeah im playin wii sports mostly)


I sent nintendo an email about it and they sent me a link to get a new free wrist strap. So here is hoping i get the new new new new one
 
I'm going to give it a month then order a set from the European nintendo site, give them chance to get the new stock in if nobody confirms before then
 
Did anyone get the v4 strap?

Ive just ordered my jackets on Ninetendo Europe but it appears that theres no where to order new straps.

Just had to order 3....

Other half was wrapping them up in some bubble wrap to take to a friends, noticed that the bubble wrap was a bit long - so trimmed 6" off the bottom.... taking 75% of the wrist strap with it....

So no Wii for her until they turn up...
 
I can't see why this needs to be done, all normal people realise you are supposed to keep hold of the wiimote, especially when bowling and pitching! :p Plus with new ribbed wiimote condoms I can't see how you could end up throwing it anywhere!
 
Retarded is a word I am loathe to use however it is appropriate in this instance.

How retarded must you be to need to have the controller constantly strapped to your arm in case you disengage your brain and lob it at your TV?
