To put it bluntly it's a massive disappointment.

What the hell is with the guns? The only thing they are good for are shooting walls! The friendly Thompson is a joke, I went pistol until I found the enemy machine gun - even that can't hit a wall 10ft away.

The AI is pathetic. The enemy "hiding" behind a something. And I put "" due to the fact they leave their entire body open and they still sit hiding when you stand right next to them.

They make you think it has variation because you can land anywhere on the map. But in reality you can only land in the couple of green zones they have set, anywhere else and you're funked!

You can't walked whilst iron sighted, all you seem to do is bop around and have to shuffle and bop around some more to get anywhere.

All of this from the first level, and I didn't even finish it because I got bored.

Took me at least 30mins to install it because of some crazy Physx drivers. I had to remove the already installed drivers and let the game install it's own.

Going to bed. /rant

Hold shift whilst iron sights are toggled and you can move, although I'd agree that to me this is the wrong way round (I would prefer to hold shift to lean).

I enjoyed the game overall, although i've yet to do the last mission because it's ridiculously difficult.

I've never had any problems landing in the red zones either ;)

MOHAA is still the undisputed king of the MOH series - nothing comes close IMO :(

The starting guns are lame, but when you get them upgraded they start to become really good.

Plus there is variation in the landing zones, you are generally safe to land in the skill drops.

As for the last level, it was hard until I realised the 'tactic' for destroying the super-hard machine gun waffen SS guys is running up to them and emptying a clip into them before they can get a shot off.

AI can be lame, if they aren't 'triggered' by your presence they will just stay at the start point while you shoot them.

I really enjoyed the game, from start to finish. My only gripe was that it was too short. I think the difficulty was just right, war games should be hard, war wasnt easy

Thats correct, shoot with iron sights while not running, its not hollywood where you fire from the hip 300mtrs away and heat shot them. :)

I don't want to run, a really slow crawl would be better than doing a warmup for some yoga class swinging my upper body around like a doll.

Is the MP anygood?

iirc The Hunt has been remade?

i really enjoyed the mp although i haven't been on it for a few weeks. the remade maps are great especially when you parachute in.

Personally I didn't find the aiming too bad. With SMGs, make sure you get the upgrades and aim for the torso rather than head. Obviously if you are shooting on the run then the scatter is gonna be pretty wild as one would expect.

Make sure you are careful with your mission loadout. Personally I go for the SMG with the most upgrades (was MP40 when I played through), coupled with an accurate rifle (preferably springfield). This then gives you a close quarter weapon plus something for long-range headshots against static enemies. I completed the game without firing a single shot from pistol or shotgun (I actually forgot I had a pistol and ran about melee'ing baddies after running out of smg/rifle ammo!).

As for landing outside green zones, it's fine as long as you are careful about where you choose to go. Usually I prefer to go green though as there is often huge crates of ammo nearby.
