Sorry for starting a new thread - I didn't really like Forza2, not sure why. I do like PGR3, but how does PGR4 compare to it?
I also didn't get on with the bikes in TDU.

Better/worse? Worth buying?

Buy it, GOTY so far for me and a definite improvement over PGR3.

The bikes aren't really like TDU either.

PGR4 without a shadow of a doubt, would recommend Forza 2 if you like the technical side of things but PGR4 just plays perfectly.

I love the amount of tracks and weather in PGR4, but I thought the career mode and car garages were MUCH better worked in PGR3.

Only two criticisms I have on PGR4 is the loading times (why o why it has to reload the course on some variations and not others is beyond me) and the Gotham Career mode seems, er, half finished.

Other than that, it's the best racer out there.

PGR4 if anything for the city tracks around the world. The game is just so pretty, plus Forza feels too much like hard work.

Burnout is the best racer.

You can’t compare FORZA & PGR.... :S

FORZA is a simulation in which you race to win..... And depending on what position you are depends on how well you do....

PGR is full of noobs whom take you out because their pap at the game and the matchmaking is terrible.... on PGR you win by the amount of KUDOS you score... you can come 3rd in every race but depending on what KUDOS you get depends on your final position/result.

Saying that both games are great. I prefer Forza as it’s an unbelievable realistic game.... but PGR is completely different and Arcady and brings fun after a stressful day...

Saying that if you play with noobs it can become very frustrating!!!

Hope this helps.

Kudos is limited though, so if you win the race you only need 1000 Kudos to make sure you do win, which really is not hard, with clean sections and good racing lines.

Try the demo out, first thing I noticed in PGR4 is the cars are a lot stickier, which isnt a bad thing.
