needs some steak recipes

Make some Bulgogi

Slice the steak very thinly and make a marinade using:
2 cloves of garlic
1 sliced spring onion
1 tsp honey
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds

Leave to marinate for a couple of hours and then heat a wok up and add some oil.
Fry a sliced onion on a high heat for a couple of minutes then add the marinated steak.

Serve on bok choi leaves with sticky rice.

Sounds weird, but I've got a Brazilian neighbour who makes the most fantastic steak in the world. And it's dead simple. Has to be proper good steak though.

Just get sea salt (not as powder, but still in rock/crystals), lay a bed of it, and drop the steak onto it, both sides. You want the salt to stick to the steak, basically. Leave it for 5 minutes to flavour it, then just cook it as you normally do. It's particularly nice medium-rare as the juices pick up the salty taste.

Cook the steak as FosterK suggested and serve with some nice crispy chips and a mushroom stair fry. Mix together some beansprouts, onions, mushrooms, red pepper and some grated carrots, fry with olive oil on high heat for 6 mins.

Wish I had some juicy steak now :(
