Hay all i was getting a new pc but i got this instead lol

its a 2nd hand Suzuki VL 125 Intruder

I payed £650 its got under 3800 miles 2000 model.
only got a few scratches on the front mud guard exhaust where he slid at 10 mph nothing major you cant really see them.

Now i need to save up for a new pc to play unreal tournament 3 :)

Looks ace :D Did you buy it on ebay? I was looking through the ended bike auctions last night and saw a similar one which went for a similar bargain price.

i got it from a private add in the paper.

and when i went to look at the bike the dude knows me cose he works with my sister from work so he took £100 off the price witch was nice of him.

Reminds me of my mates old Marauder. Lovely looking bikes, and not too slow for a 125 if its anything like the marauder.

Excellent price, my mate paid more than that for a fairly tatty Honda CA125 Rebel.

That is a damn good price for a cool commuter cruiser. I always wanted one of these to chop up into a CBT friendly bobber.

The 1970's called, they want their brakes back. Honestly, how does that front disc stop you? Not my cup of tea, but I hope you enjoy it. Looks tidy.

Its a 125, not a 140bhp race rep. A single disc is more than adequate - my dad had drums on his CG125 and managed to stop perfectly fine.

Fantastic price for that mate - whilst I'm not a huge fan of cruisers (although at some point I'm determined to owna Rocket III ;)), they do at least look and sound like a proper bike

yep thats right its only like 14 hp i think and top speed about 70 max cruising speed about 60 mph nicely.

Very nice, i had similar bike as my 1st road bike.

They nice as 125's as people dont expect you to be speeding about(which you cant really on 125), and they dont sound like hairdryers.

Just take it easy as they not the best at late braking in corners (shouldnt need to do it, but think eveyone has/did when they started out)

My 1st road bike:

Very nice.

I had a go on my mates Intruder once. I gotta say i enjoyed it. I had a Honda Varadero 125 at the time.

It also made a very nice noise :D
