Asus COMMANDO P965 Socket 775 Onboard Audio ATX

Which of these two would you choose, Im sending back the PK5E Mobo (which I think is very nice) but going back for 2 reasons 1 its crossfire - and 2 when I got it bits were missing. Looked a bit likie the postie had used it for a football
It will go with a E6600 -
Corsair 4GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 Memory (4x1 GB)
bfg 8800gts
Freezer pro 7 coooler
650 e-z cool power supply (never heard of this one picked it up at local PC shop as was needed asap.
Would like to get orfer in tonight.
I tend to try get it round 3.4 so needs a decent one for overclocking - the PK5E seems to not like going above 3.2 (which would be fine anyway)
