I loved it on the MD and it was great on the 3DO.But the the ones that came out on the PS1 were pretty crap iirc.

I would have though PGR4 might have done something similar for a Cat & Mouse game.It would be great fun on the Ring,surrounded by crazy bikers trying to smash your car up.

If any game deserves an update for this gen of consoles,its this one.
 
My god, the hours I put into this on the Mega Drive when I had it. I remember I crashed my bike once to the point where if I tried to get on it would blow up. So I ended up running 16 miles (not sure why, but I always rememeber it being 16 miles) to cross the finish line. I had to do this as I had no cash to repair the bike :)

Absolutely awesome game.
 
I have a feeling someone has made a ripoff of this for the Xbox or Xbox 360. I know there is a big difference but I read a preview in OXM so cant remember what console it was for.
 
I remember their was a cheat for a black nitro bike, it was fast as hell :eek:

MD was an excellent platform
 
What a great game..!!

I remember learning a hack for the password system which allowed you to gain tons of cash whenever you wanted. It was like christmas when I first did it.

Many a youthful hour spent getting kicked off your bike and smashing into cars head on..!! We need a modern day revamp now!!!!
 
imagine a 16 player race on xbox live, kicking/chaining/batoning each other off their bikes.

i remember i used to try to run for the finish line when i got knocked off my bike
 
Had RR3D my self, such a cool game, I remember when Sirrel Squirrel got it and he showed me it I loved it!

Music for it was awesome as well, anyone remember the cattle rod? you'd shock someone and see their skeleton! :D
 
I had RR3 on MD and RR3D on the PC, both great games (RR1,2,3 more so) I remember EA doing the Skitchin' Spinoff too, when RollerBlading became a huge fad in the early 90's, loved that too! :D
 
I have a very strong urge to get my megadrive out and play RR2 now :D
And then scour ebay for a copy of Skitchin' because I used to love that too. Some of my fondest megadrive memories are of RR2 :)
 
ahh, memories... Who remembers the lethal Diablo? How fast was that thing? :D

This is out on PSP btw on a multi-game disc, Road Rash 1, 2 & 3 are all included along with Jungle strike and a few others iirc.
 
funnily enough, i played on RR2 on the MD a couple of days ago :D

ooooo the memories. as most of you...spent hours playing this game

only ever finished the first level though, as soon as all the CP players got the better bikes I just couldnt win. guess it was my young n00bness lol
 
Fantastic game, I still have it somewhere for the Megadrive, I'll have to give it another go sometime.
