striker extreme bios 1303 available

I am aware the owners of the stiker extreme have had issues with bios updates and the prefered bios 1303 is supposed to be the gem but has been difficult to source, especially as it is no longer available from Asus website. I have located a valid download available from the corsair forum web site

I have had several requests for the striker extreme bios via email. I am not at home due to work. The link works and will download the 1303 striker extreme Bios

Is the 1305 version now as good as the 1303?

apparently the 1303 Bios is the reliable one for O/C in comparison to the 1305

the 1303 is the most sought after

I think 1401 is out now, although I haven;t tried it yet so I can't comment on whether it is anygood or not...

The 1303 Bios is on the Asus FTP, always has been, the 1401 aint yet and its as bad as the POS 1305.

Yes best of a bad bunch and now the new Models with 780 Chipsets are appearing (1 is on Asus site now) the support will suck even more than it does currently.

Helmut can you flash an alternative 680i board (non striker) with this 1303 bios? Or is only relevant to the Asus striker

I would not do it, Asus are said to have changed a lot hense OCZ claim the issue with their Memory.

Well read what OCZ claim on their forums, I smell BS though, and would not touch the modded Bios they offer (its older too).

I had to return my Reaper (non X) kit as just acted up all the time.
