HELP : 4gb now no boot?

**UPDATE FOR COB AND OTHERS**

ok so i've not got some pc5300 ballistix and they are working fine with my OCZ ram, so have 2x1gb OCZ pc6400 plats and 2x1gb Crucial ballistix pc5300 running at 800mhz 4-4-4-12 (i couldn't run tighter as the ocz didn't like it and i was getting BSOD's)

my Team Xtreme Ram is off for RMA so hopefully when i get that back i can see if this will work with the OCZ to give people a better clarification.

Hey just looking at this weeek only offer would GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 run with my Crucial Ballistix 2GB? They are a really good price....i am right in thinking windows XP (32 bit) wont see all 4Gb right? If so gives me an excuse to jump onto Vista lol

haha yeah xp32 won't see all 4gb, personally i'd steer clear of the geil ultra! i had 1 set and it was fudged on arrival so i'l never get it again. personally i'd say get with either some more crucial or some OCZ

I'll just wait and see what prices Ram is when i change OS think ill install Vista on a different disk cos its not the best OS MS have made lmao.

Was 800mhz 4-4-4-10 your Team clock?

And are you running them both at 2.2v?

my team were stock at 4-4-4-10 and running 2.1v iirc (1.8v bios + 0.3v).

i'm now running both the crucial and the ocz at 2.1v and 4-4-4-12 at 800mhz

haha 3.2ghz is more than enough for me atm, + with my mobo problem and my saitek eclipse it means that if i wana keep overclocking i have to mess around with getting my ps2 keyboard out

atleast we know that the microns work with promos in this instance.

oh and i'm going to have some shinney new Team Xtreme when it gets back from RMA, now i gota choose which ram modules to sell
