I love how he says its the return of natural selection then does something that will almost certainly remove him from the gene pool

Atheism does have a belief, is as bad as religion.

Agnostic is a more sensible choice, admitting you don't really know and waiting for evidence before choosing.

Well it's only a .22 calibre, not exactly very powerful. I definitely wouldn't try and kill myself with one.

But if you think that's bad, there's people that have failed to kill themselves with shotguns, usually just blowing parts of their face off or effectively performing self lobotomy.

Why are people talking about Atheism? It's not linked to shooting in schools. I don't understand why it's mentioned?

thats cause they aim up, ut the important part of the brain is the stem at the back, you don't really need the front lobes and much of the top part of the brain to live, especially with modern medical skills.

That's very, very debatable. I'd definitely wouldn't call Atheism a religion. I think this really depends on your personal idea of the word "religion".

Atheism isn't a religion from my point of view. I see it as the oppersite, it's basically lacking everything religion has such as:

Belief in God
Praying
Supernatural origins of universe and / or humans
Sins
Blasphemy
Heaven & Hell
Afterlife
Miracles
Holy books (bible, qur'an)
Also views on marrage, sex, etc

What is in the box?

Christians say that God is in the box.

Atheists say that nothing is in the box.

It's just as likely that God is in the box as there is nothing in the box because there is no way of proving what is in the box. Based on that, the only decision you can reach without taking a leap of faith is to say that 'I don't know what is in the box' - which is being agnostic.

Atheism is thus just as much of a religion as Christianity because they are both based upon faith.
