A mate of mine had one of those for his first bike, took the A2 test on it as well as I recall.

Not my style of bike, but it looks good for a 125, that's for sure, and a bargain too :)

Very tidy for the price indeed! My bike has near quadruple the power of your bike and still only has a single disk brake at the front, though it's a better calliper. They used to make old bikes capable of over 100mph with drum brakes, so yours is more than adequate. My Honda XR125 had a single disk front and as long as the calliper was inspected/cleaned often enough then it had plenty of bite.
 
Usually just a split pin through a shaft. Don't bother having the mounts off, they're black so won't show up without the pegs anyway.
