8800 GT OK WITH 19"

Thinking about getting the BFG version of 8800GT.

Should I wait until the new GTS comes out or would the GT be ok with my
19" LCD?

Would the GTS be overkill with a 19"?

The GT will be fine and then some, runs all my games at 1680x1050 max in game settings.

Would be perfect for that Monitor size (I take it 1440x900 resolution?).

I would go for the 8800gt as you wont see much of a differance with the new G80 SSC GTS, their might be with the g92 gts if its going to be released but overall the 8800gt is perfect for that size. i use it on 22" (1680x1050) and handles everything i throw at it except i have yet to try crysis.

It doesn't as they should all have pretty much the same performance, but the bigger brands are more likely to have decent customer support if the thing dies.

It'd be more than enough I have a 19" monitor with an 8800 GTS 320mb, and it runs smoothly in everything and anything... apart from a certain game coming out in a certain month with a certain delayed demo recently hitting the scene O_O
