Does anyone have that picture of giggs standing over a prone vieria from highbury a couple of seasons ago?
I need it to put with my signed giggs shirt and i cant find it on the net, an image will do not an actual physical picture.

Hargreaves had a good first half. Pleased to see Carrick back as he always offers a lot of stability to the midfield. Now i'm just waiting to see what injury Saha picked up this week.

On to Wednesday now. I think this will be a good game for Fergie to give certain players much needed minutes. If it was me picking the team I'd go with:

VdS
Neville - Ferdinand - Vidic - O'Shea
Ronaldo - Carrick - Anderson - Nani
Saha - Rooney

Hargreaves hasn't been back long and he's played two games on the trot, may as well give him a rest and get Carrick back upto speed. Evra had an injury last week and he had an extremely busy game against Arsenal, he's starting to become a very important player for us so it won't hurt to rest him for the weekend. Saha and Neville need minutes so it makes sense to play them this week.

He may start Kuszczak instead of Big Ed. I'd also rest Rooney and play Tevez, but I'm not bothered who he puts out there, we have a good squad. Fletcher might start instead of Anderson.

think it will be too soon for Neville to be honest - he looked too rusty on thursday even for kiev (by the reports read anyway)

Carrick in an advanced role along with Fletcher in the middle, Nani and Ronny wide, Simpson if Brown is injured (what happened yesterday?)

Maybe Rooney and Saha upfront

i was thinking maybe it's time to give anderson a day off, that's not a reflection on his performances as i've been mightily impressed but on wednesday it's just vital we don't lose, i'd be tempted to give Carrick and Hargreaves a game to allow them to continue their return to full fitness while providing us ample cover at the back. Give Saha a start as well, not fussed who gets dropped because it won't be about form in my book more just about giving players a rest.

Well the whole side is doing pretty well (a couple of shakey moments tonight though)

I seem to recall Rooney and Tevez taking longer than possibly necessary when in scoring positions against DK tonight, but they both scored and we kept a clean sheet so it cant be bad

Blackburn at home at the weekend will be a tough game (a little apprehensive about it tbh)

edit - still think Rooney is on an unbroken run of a goal a game for 8 now even if the one against Arsenal is given as an owngoal I think it was going in anyway under the goalie

balckburn will undoubtedly be tough but i think we'll do them. if i'm honest i was more worried about boro. them being a bogey team and all.

*edit also PIG looks loads better this season, an able deputy to VDS.

Rooney has got 7 goals in 7 games. As for Neville he will be back after the Blackburn game. He hasn't reinjured himself, he had some slight pain and everyone panicked soon as that was announced/said.
