hardly low limits
3TB a month is just a ridiculous amount of downloading/uploading - that's like 4gb an hour for 24hours a day and 30 days a month non-stop.
Would a 30gb cap(300gb off peak) be enough for me?

First thing to do is download something called 'Entatool' which automatically monitors your usage for you as well letting you the current status of the pipe your connected to.
Yeah I think Titan have a tool on their website that you can use to monitor usage. But ill give that program a try also.

Yup, and i bet he wears glasses to with all that tommy tanking.
He must be making a mint with all those games, and film sales, i bet hes got a warehouse full of duplicators and PC's downing and burning 24/7.

I'd imagine most people survive by doing things other than just downloading everything they can lay their hands on.
3TB/month represents around 100gig/day or 400-1200k/sec constant downloading. Even unemployed people who can just sit on their arse all day streaming DVD-quality video couldn't use that much.
People have survived with lower limits for a long time. The proof is in the fact that the human race managed to evolve without 10mbit home connections.
