I was moving home and the chain broke down, so completed on my own and moved back in with my parents and now the market is dropping, looks like I will be here for a bit.

But have a problem with the my mother's Internet access. She has a Linksys 54Mbps Wireless DSL Router, but the signal to my bedroom is very weak and cannot get signal access to my Xbox 360 or laptop, my main PC is a Vista 64 OS, but I am also having trouble with finding 64bit Drivers for it to use for the wireless adapters (USB and PCI)

I am hoping to upgrade her router to one with draft 802.11n plus backwards compatible with .11b/g WiFi, this giving great signal strength.

Which Wireless Products Have Vista 64 bit Drivers for a Wireless USB or PCI adapters preferably draft 802.11n products if possible.

Would be appreciated, many thanks. :)

(Powerpugs also don't have Vista 64 bit drivers either)

Any clever bugs out there please !!!!! :p

I had to buy a wireless access point and put it into bridge mode to avoid wireless driver problems... works like a charm, was a bit of a pain to set up though.

I have the same devices as you and no problems with Vista 64 drivers. However, I let windows decide what drivers i wanted to use and it did this on it's own with no problems. Is the router in the original place?

Up-date: I decided to try two Netgear 85 Mbps Powerline Ethernet Switch's

They work great, no problem. With the Ethernet Switch (XE104) it has four access ethernet points for the two pc's and the xbox360 and ps3.

Gadger :D
