The missus doesn't eat red meat, so we tend to eat a lot of chicken or turkey - I love nothing more than pasta or a good curry, so that's fine by me.
Anything that would normally require minced beef means using Quorn mince or something similar - to be honest, we've been doing that so long I pretty much prefer it to minced beef anyway, although I find it does cause an awful lot of gas
I can't honestly say I miss red meat that much - that said, I like a nice steak every now and again as much as the next bloke - but with all the bad publicity about red meat right now, that's probably no bad thing ...
