ASUS P5E3 Deluxe Vs Maximum Extreme

There is a £20 difference in price between these two motherboards (or there abouts).
I must admit that I also can't see any major differences between the specifications on these boards - the Maximum Extreme does list this chipset waterblock which doesn't interest me really.
Is that the only difference really between the two boards?

Are there any DDR3 based system users out there?
What is your DDR3 board of choice and how are you getting on with it?
Looks like I'm getting the DDR3 RAM for next to nothing - work have finished evaluating some, so just looking at boards to run it in.
 
Hehe im looking at both of them also mate :)
Im heading towards the Maximum Extreme as ive got watercooling ready to go with cellshock DDR3 :)

And ive just read up about the P5E3 Deluxe in custom pc mag 540fsb:eek:
