Pushing the boat out with the Platinum ticket heh :p

Oooh, it's at the NEC... there's a classic car show this weekend at the NEC...

I'm going to the classic car show with my dad... I wonder if we can sneak into MPH while we're there...!

working at the NC, you can sneak in ;) its allowed as well

just not to the show :( to see clarkson and co, just have to do with the lambos i suppose? :D

having got back with my complimentary tickets :D gotta say the exhibition is a bit poor, not that big, suppose im not that impressed by cars, there just nice eye candy

got an off road land rover experience for free tho and a change the formula 1 car wheel asap with your mates which is fun :D i won and got a 12 quid ferrari keyring from the ferrari stand, with a time of 5.5 seconds hehe

live shows awesome tho, they save the best till last, (or last but one?) involves a giant sphere and i have no idea how nobody was hurt!

im off to it 2moz, random question about parking. I heard that you have to park up then get a bus down or is there a carpark at the side? never been before.

I'm there tomorrow, half 4 show time, but will prob get there for 10ish to get a good look at everything.

You normally park quite a way away and you can either walk or get the free shuttle bus. Parking is about £8 normally too!

Just got back from the show, watched the main event with Clarkson, Hammond and May and enjoyed it all apart from the blatant advertising that went on, I supose it is to be expected with the event being sponsored by Shell V Power and parts of the show are clearly advertisment such as the citroen transforming robot dancing on the stage.

I felt that paying £33 to watch advertisements was a bit steep even though it was an entertaining show.

went there, it was ok

got tickets for £15 off the bay.

I thought it wasnt worth the full £33 price tag as it was just too many ads.
I am not going to see a citroen ad or a jaguar that looks like a hyundai ad and decide to buy one, mkay?

Went there today, Have been to MPH05 and MPH06. Was good to finally get rid of Tiff needell and have the 3 Top gear presenters at last!

Bits of the show were better than last years, bits were worse. The actual exhibition was too packed - much busier than the last few years. Being allowed into the classic car section was a godsend as these cars were much more interesting and spaced out more.

Overall, a good day out - £33 is a bit pricey - but no-one paid full price, discount codes were everywhere on the internet. I got buy 2, get 1 free direct from MPH.

I went today. I was in the 11am show. Slowly going though my photos. Trying to make up for the poor lighting on the stands. Everything looked orange.
