3D Mark score, Any good?

11200 with an AMD X2 [email protected] and evga 8800GT superclock, made up with that.

I don't understand why people set it to high and then ask why their scores are lower compared to others.

11378 cpu@ 3ghz, graphics card @630/1500/2000, on previous run with stock cpu i managed just over 1000, quite a nice jump, may try to push the cpu a bit more when i get a decent cooler on it. http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=3639274

I didn't set it to high, I just installed it, and asked what settings people used.

Seemed pointless to run it at default, if everyone is doing benchies on 800x600 with all kinds of settings faffed with.

that's about right for an x1950pro. you won't get much more than that. everyone has to run @ 1280x1024 to publish their scores on the orb.

I got just under 11,000 with a very similar spec to yours, the only difference is i have an E6750 (and an Inno GT), does that make sense?

Well Ati settings are on high.

But still only getting around 5000.

Does everyone else run it at 1280x1024? That was the default.

thats about fine for a x1950pro, my old 1900xt @ 675/1600 scored around 6.5k...
