Bumpage

Just a reminder:

This is happening this Saturday!

6pm at the Giddy Bridge 10-16 London Road, Southampton, SO15 2AF
map for those unsure

The train Station is on Southbrook Road, there is also an entrance on Western Esplanade. Walk from train station is 10/15 minutes max up a slight hill. have another map that divine drew on

For those driving, London Road has recently been revamped so there is more road side parking now, which i think is free after 6pm and should be pretty easy to park on a Saturday night at 6ish, i shall try to confirm this Thursday or Friday - if not the two closest car parks are:

SALISBURY STREET, SOUTHAMPTON STREET, SO15 2EH
BEDFORD PLACE, SOUTHAMPTON, SO15 2DB

Note: Waterloo Terrace may still be close, i will try and confirm this as well

Re: parking there are about 25 spaces on London Road all free after 5.30pm however there is still a lot of roadworks and entry to London road is not very good at the moment.

If your coming in on the A33 (The Avenue) on to London Road you can't go all the way down London Road you will need to turn right into Carlton Crescent, go to the end of Carlton Crescent and turn left onto Bedford Place, There is a ground level car park just here or you can carry on down Bedford Place Turn right into Grovesnor Square for an NCP multi-story or left into Waterloo Terrace for the Sailsbury Road NCP multi-story (there is only pedestrain access to London Road via Waterloo Terrace, and this is the closest parking to the pub bar London Road on street) If you want to park on London Road you need to turn left at the end of Bedford Place then Left onto London Road (you cannot get onto London Road coming from Charlotte place roundabout)

The NCP carparks also only charge up to 5.30pm though i couldn't find any info on if they close or stay open all night.

There was some good chatting and lots of laughs and I've made a couple of new friends out of it - if you can't be bothered to turn up then that is truly your loss not mine.

I had a thoroughly good time, though perhaps the massive sign I joked about may have helped retribution find us :p
