I have a meeting tomorrow which I suspect is just a cover for something that is happening at work. I have a feeling in my gut that my department is going to be out-sourced in the next year from rumors that I have heard but more importantly the other businesses the company I work for have taken over.
I'm pretty good at reading people but I have a feeling that this guy coming in tomorrow has got more bs up his sleeve than a farmers market and is under some pressure to make sure no one gets itchy feet and jumps.
Body language is a big give away if he is edgy at all he will figgit, aso if he is defensive his arms or legs maybe crossed. Rubbing hands, face or neck when asked questions suggests that he is uncomfortable with an answer he is giving. Eye contact, facial expression and the language that he uses will also give some insight into the amount of bs this guy may spew.
Anyone got any good pointers? or know of anything else to look for?.
I may slip in a few questions that I know as fact just to see what come back.
