skater shoes?

Damn it, this thread has got me after new shoes now. Vans or Etnies for me. DCs always seem to fall apart within a couple of months for me.

And as for them being "slippers", dunno about you Gilly but my slippers have neither laces nor a grippy sole.

I've got a pair of Etnies but they aren't very thick. They are a cross between a skate shoe and a smart/casual dress shoe in brown leather with black and white detailing. Love them. They look the part on a night out and as a normal every day shoe.

I have a pair of running shoes to go running in. I don't want to look like I've spent the day on the track when I'm walking about town.
