yea but thats kind of stupid becausr then technicaly if the goalkeeper is ever near the ball, is he unchallengable?
say the keeper has the ball at his feet - he is "in control" of it, does it mean you cannot tackle him?
as soon as he lets go of the ball, play is open, whether that be because he has tossed it up in the air to kick it, or otherwise...
