With all 4 sticks I run at 711, but I can also successfully run with all 4 sticks at 900
I suggest you try 667 just to see if it is the same problem and if it works for you

can anyone confirm if this board does a complete shutdown when altering ram timeings or fsb settings etc? like the ds3 and ds4 does on the 965p...its a pain on phase..
